Mvix Corporation is the worldwide leader in providing easy-to-use, high
value storage and security solutions to help people protect, secure,
capture and share their valuable digital information. Mvix is
experiencing growth and is in need of an International Product Manager.
Experienced Senior Product Manager needed to manage the strategic
planning, analysis and extension of the world renowned Mvix brand name
onto new multimedia-related products and other computer peripherals for
both consumer and professional market segments.
Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, qualified candidates must be able to:
Identify future growth opportunities for Mvix based on analysis of the
Multimedia market and computer peripherals space, competitive
landscape, recognizing gaps where Mvix can add value and differentiate
itself, and evaluating end user needs;
Define and advance products from concept, development, and on-time launches;
Ensure accurate and effective product positioning, costs and pricing which align with market requirements;
Maintain analysis on the full range of development activities,
including financial analysis, business analysis, strategy analysis, and
formulation;
Provides marketplace and competitive analysis that supports the
business strategy and guides product initiatives. Works closely
with the regional product managers to help ensure regional requirements
are met and global strategies are executed effectively to meet business
targets;
Create, manage, and report status of key metrics relating to launch success;
Manage product life cycles globally;
Work with various internal and external partners in engineering, operations, communications, and supply partners; and
Participate and oversee cross-functional core teams.
Qualifications:
8+ years of product management experience in storage, Multimedia, networking, or computer peripheral industries;
Demonstrated success and track record in launching new, competitive products;
Experience with consumer focused products either within the computer
peripheral or consumer electronics environment would be a major
attribute;
Experience in working with, and sourcing products through, Asia-based ODMs;
Strong ability to work with remote cross-functional teams;
Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly visible position;
Ability to manage deadlines and succeed managing dynamic tasks in a fluid environment;
Knowledge of global marketplace, current business drivers, and trends;
Bachelor’s degree required, MBA strongly preferred; and
Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.

Manager Customer Satisfaction

Customer Satisfaction, the key responsibilities of the Mgr, Customer
Satisfaction are to deliver world-class customer support to
Mvix’s customers on a global basis while operating within budget.
Essential Functions:
Responsible for Mvix’s customer support on a European-wide basis
Ensure Mvix’s Partners are satisfied in a timely manner
Account manager for Mvix’s customer support vendors
Lead a team of advance support technicians
Handle customer escalations
Meeting customer support performance goals, establishing and meeting metrics, and operating within budget
Develop, execute, and manage customer support processes and improvement projects
Leverage customer support data to feedback to product and quality teams
Minimum Requirements:
2+ years in a customer support management position
Previous experience managing technical support agents
Experience with customer support systems and reporting
Bachelors degree in business or technical related field or equivalent experience
Proven technical aptitude
Proven customer service aptitude
Strong deductive logic, decision making & analytical skills
Must possess strong organizational, interpersonal & communications skills
Professional written & oral communication skills
Preferred:
Experience managing customer support in the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific
Customer support experience in computer storage industry
Proven experience with revenue generation from customer support interactions
Network certification/experience
Managed services experience
